Former Solicitor of the Interior, Bill Myers of Idaho is a highly respected attorney who has extensive experience in the fields of natural resources, public lands, and environmental law. Currently in private practice, Mr. Myers enjoys widespread bipartisan support. Mr. Myers has been nominated to fill a vacancy on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit that has been designated a "judicial emergency" by the Judicial Conference of the United States.
This is over two years old and still pending? A judicial emergency? Talk about response time! This is off the White House website if ya don't believe me.
